Why is there no data when I load the app for the first time?

You must connect a betting website by navigating to "Profile" on the navigation bar and then select "Add or Edit bet Provider." Once there, select Add New Bet Provider and enter your provider account information. Don't see your provider? Submit a request through the provider request form within the app.

Why don't you have my data provider?

Our team is working around the clock to develop integrations for sportsbooks. If your book is not currently supported, please fill out the provider request form within the app and we will get back to you ASAP.

How long does it take to add a data provider?

The time and effort to add data providers may vary. We will keep you informed as we process your requests.
